Our Original Essential Support Plan
Our original WooCommerce Support plan includes all of our daily maintenance tasks for WooCommerce: real-time backups, software updates, security scanning, and hack clean-ups.
This plan does not include our famous 30-Minute Fixes which are included in all of our standard plans. Support requests outside of normal maintenance will be estimated and billed at our ad hoc development rate. Please note that clients on our new plans get a reduced development rate of $75/hr for anything not covered by our 30-Minute Fixes.
Legacy WooCommerce Support is best suited for those who want the assurance that their websites are safe, updated, and secure, but don't need the additional support provided by our free 30-Minute Fixes or have the need for a reduced hourly development rate for more time consuming requests.
